Hi everyone,
The Justin Guitar Community Open Mic organisers are looking for people to donate to help pay for our own community Zoom licence renewal. 
In previous years we have funded the puschase of the licence through a few different means:
- Open Mic merchandise sales
- Voluntary donations
The renewal date is January 27 2025.
We want, as in previous years, to offer people the opportunity to contribute if they wish. The JustinGuitar Community Open Mics are community run and free.
The current advertised Zoom licence cost is $219.90 excluding any sales tax that may apply.
Please just post below that you’d like to donate and you will be sent a direct message as a follow up.
In previous years people have been extraordinarily generous and we exceeded our target. We had to turn down offers of donations and the small surplus raised was donated to JustinGuitar. We do not wish to overshoot, nor deny an opportunity to all who would like to contribute. So many small amounts are preferred to a few large amounts.
All contributions will be tracked in a document that will be shared for full openness and transparency.
Please know that a donation does not get you any special privileges at the Open Mics and donating is entirely optional!
