Android Interface for Valeton GP-200

For anyone who uses a GP-200, the only control interface has been via a Windows or Mac.
I asked them a while back if they were going to do something for Mobile Devices, but they said no.

Well, somebody has done it for them.
Via the USB interface, it is now possible to control and set parameters on Android (not iOS) so we can at least just control things with a smaller device than before:

It’s less than £5 so I downloaded it and will give it a test later today with a bit of luck…

Of course, Valeton are now sure to release an updated GP-200 with a Bluetooth interface so we can use the official app created for the GP-5, but I won’t be chucking my GP-200 away if they do, I have barely used it at all and still need to get to grips with it

I hope posting a link to it on Android Play is ok, if not just look for ‘GP-2XX’ on the store.

And thanks to the app developer for doing this.

Hi AndyTake2,
I’m also interested in the GP2XX app - is it any good ?
Thanks!
JenK

I’ve actually not had much chance to play with it.
It’s much more basic than the original Windows/Apple app, but I t certainly works.

I will get round to playing with it, and it would be nice it we could get something more akin to the GP-5 Android app which I have recently purchased.
Unfortunately I just had a couple of new truss-rods put in my leg, so I’m even more knackered than before.
