Nice choice. I finally settled on the RC10R after trying a number of others. My only disappointment was the inability to name memory slots (the RC5 I sold could do this). But I can understand why, as the display is used to give all the rhythm details (it’s as much a drum machine as a looper).
I store my backing tracks on the pedal and I liked to be able to name the key on the slot. But I came up with a sort of “code” where the memory slot number tells me key and maj/min. I can describe it if you are interested.
I got the RC-5 awhile back and haven’t really dug into how to use it. I need to get into the drum track function of it, as well, to see if that will serve my needs. I am inching closer to spending real time working on soloing but am not quite there yet. Once I do I’ll start working on learning to use the looper part of it.
