App Not Syncing

The app doesn’t sync completed lessons between my iPhone and iPad. Both apps show the correct subscription details. Is this by design or is it a bug?

Hi @MrRoboto, Are you using the app on both devices, with the same subscription (log in)? Or are you using the app on one device, and the website on the other? In the first case, they should sync, in the second case, they don’t. The website and the app are not connected.

I’m using the app on both devices and am I’m logged in with the same account. I can see my subscription details on the app on both devices. That’s how I confirmed that I’m using the same account and not accidentally using different credentials.

I gave up and cancelled my subscription.

Hi, this issue was fixed in the latest release.

My iPad didn’t sync with my phone, I logged out and re-started the App on my phone and when I re-opened the App and logged back in it had synced with the iPad.
