App to monitor my playing volume/dynamics?

Hello all, I lately mainly play Classical guitar (on an acoustic Classical guitar to be clear) and have been learning to read standard musical notation.

As I improve, dynamics become more important. Has anyone come across an iOS app that can record and show dynamics levels played that’s been developed for musicians, where you can set the loudest and quietest ends of the scale from your own instrument?

I am struggling to differentiate between the various volumes and whether I am returning to the same volume that I played earlier when the music indicates that I should, or starting too loud and not leaving anywhere to go.

I know that I could just record myself and listen, but I would like some decibel levels and to apply that to the range of my instrument.

There seem to be quite a lot of decibel apps available but the range they measure is not subtle enough for my purposes and they aren’t aimed at musicians.

For example of exactly what I am after, I am learning a piece at the moment where the dynamics go (standard notation in brackets for those of you who read music):

Medium loud (mf)
Medium quiet (mp)
Gradually louder (cres)
Medium loud (mf)
Suddenly quiet (p sub)
Gradually louder (cres)
Medium loud (mf)
Quiet (p)
Gradually louder (cres)
Loud (f)
Very loud (ff)
Medium quiet (mp)
Gradually louder (cres)
Medium loud (mf)
Loud (f)

You might try to ask this question at the DelCamp classical guitar forum.

My best guess is there isn’t. Recording yourself and listening will be more effective. There is so much more to dynamics than volume and to have a program figure that out in a meaningful way seems unlikely. Maybe with advanced AI someday.
