Auto play in JustinGuitar app still not working

Hi just curious if anyone else is having issues with the favorites it the app going to auto play automatically, been having issues with this for quite a few months now. I have reached out the Musopia they told me about two month ago that it would be fixed in next update, update already updated and still same issue.

We sincerely apologize that this issue remains unresolved. We have followed up with our technical team multiple times and have now escalated the matter again to request a clear timeline for resolution, especially since we were previously informed it would be addressed in the last update.

@Adrienjp - Please try the new karaoke mode to see if this alleviates the issue.

You may need to uninstall/reinstall the app and then play 5-10 songs on the old version before you are prompted to enter the new karaoke mode.

@MusopiaApps okay I have been trying what you suggested for the last three hours and still not working. Here is what I did.

I I logged out of the app, then deleted the app on both my iPad and iPhone , I reinstalled the app to my iPad ( it didn’t install like a new app it was still I the cloud) I also cleared the history in safari. I did this four times, I also played 15 song and never got the option to try the new karaoke mode. Not sure what to do next.

Please open the songs from the song search function and not a playlist to receive the prompt :slight_smile:

@musopiaApps Well thanks it’s finally working right no more auto advance. But when I got the karaoke option it said it was just a trial, will I be able to continue to use it or is it for a limited time?

The new karaoke mode is still in trial mode at the moment but it will become the default view for the karaoke view soon.
