Hello. I want to attend but I’m not sure what time this is? I’m on the East Coast, United States in Eastern Standard Time.

See the clubs here:

Hi Carol, as @sequences said, the local time for each club is shown on the website. I’m in the Pacific timezone, and this is what I see:

…so 11:15 am Pacific time, which is 8:15am 2:15pm Eastern. I think (but am not positive, so be sure to confirm!) that these systems are smart enough to deal with the change to daylight savings time (March 8 in the U.S., but March 30 in the U.K.).

@judi moved the wrong direction in the time keeping.

So it should be 2:15 Eastern time. You can read it right off the web site if your computer is set to your local time.
The comment of Daylight Saving Time is a good one. I forget about that because I am in a place that does not change.

Oops, thanks! You’d think I’d have that down by now…I’m headed to the east coast soon! Sheesh.

Hey guys, yes the times will be up on the website in the Clubs section. They should automatically be set for you :ok_hand:

Look forward to catching y’all then :guitar:

Fanny shared this link in the beginner club for checking UTC time across time zones. It seems useful…

Lee @LeeMB

Great lesson.

Can I just correct one of your five facts. The song was released in 1964 and not 1974.

I had just turned eleven at the time and had started taking an active interest in popular music, it made a real impression on me at the time, especially as it was a group from my native north east of England

I just listened to the livestream back and you’re right, I did say “1974”… The crazy thing is, I knew it was 1964, my notes said 1964, and I thought I said 1964. Crazy :person_facepalming:

Thanks for pointing it out
