Having built a guitar from scratch and built one from unfinished parts, the finishing is definitely the hardest bit and you’ve done well.
Playing something you built is so satisfying
I think it looks great. The finish only looks not quite right because of the expectation that it be super perfect glossy. Personally, I like the slightly mat finish.
