Can someone please explain how I use the Practice Assistant on the website?

Hi all: What a journey! Can someone help me understand how to use the practice assitant. I see nothing that helps me to understand it. When I get to the practice routine page, I choose to save it, then what? I see it all greyed out and I wish I hadn’t pressed save because I could at least see it clearly before I took that step. What am I missing? Thanks for any help for the blind here…

Go to your Dashboard and select the Practice tab on the left.

You may have saved it as Inactive so check Routines

If its in the right column, clisck the green cross to make it active and it will appear under the Practice tab when selected.

Thanks TheMadman for the reply, and the great screenshots to explain in detail the answer to my question. Most helpul, and now I see why the practice assistant is so highly regarded. I used it for the first time today.

Cool. Don’t use it myself as I was here before it arrived but I know my way around. For folk new to the site its an invaluable tool, hope it proves useful. Any questions just holler !
