Last week I purchased your app. However I cancelled my subscription several days ago because the app is too basic. My account does not show that I have had a refund.
I would appreciate feedback.
Many thanks
James
@jamesblues I’m sorry to hear yo’re disappointed in the App.
It serves two main functions - a play-along guitar-eoke (which was its original intent) plus the video lessons for the entire JustinGuitar Beginner Course from Grade 1 to 3 inclusive.
When you say too basic do you mean the beginner course lessons?

Hey James!
Here’s how you can request a refund for the app:
JustinGuitarApp.com & Google Play Subscriptions
If you subscribed to the JustinGuitar Lessons & Songs App via justinguitarapp.com or your Google Play Store, please get in touch with Musopia at justin.feedback@musopia.net using the email address you used to subscribe to request a refund. Musopia runs this app for Justin, and a team member will assist you!
App Store Subscriptions
If you subscribed to the App Store, follow these steps:
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Tap or click “I’d like to” - “Request a refund.”
- Choose why you want a refund, then choose “Next.”
- Choose the app subscription, then choose to Submit
If you need further assistance, please let us know!
Cheers,
Fanny
Hello Richard,
Apologies for the late reply, I am not a very technical person. When I go to musopia it wants to update my outlook to a new version and also want me to use a gmail account. My phone is a pay as you go one so using the app is restricting.
As obtaining a refund seems remote can I use the software on my laptop?
Many thanks,
Regards,
James
Hi James.
The app does not run on laptops / computers etc.
Have you tried tk get a return?
Hello Richard,
Yes I have requested a refund but was directed to the Musopia site and was unable to do so as I explained in my previous reply to yourself.
I would appreciate it if you would sort this out for me.
Regards
James
James, please see Fanny’s response above. I believe that apps are purchased through an app store…refunds are also handled through an app store.
