Hello, I’m looking for some help @MusopiaApps I purchased the one year subscription special with the 30% off sale on New Years day and haven’t been able to access it. I’ve sent an email to support both on the 1st and earlier this week with a copy of my receipt and haven’t heard back. I see the charge on my bank account but can’t find it in the app or on the website. I’ve tried restoring purchases and haven’t been able to make any headway. Any one able to provide some help since I haven’t heard back from anyone?

- The email linked to their account
- How the subscription was purchased (App Store, Google Play, or justinguitarapp.com)
- A copy or screenshot of the receipt
