Cant upload profile picture

Hi guys, I am unable to update my profile picture.
every picture I choose gives me error. it says the my file is too large.

anybody can help ?

Hi Dailin,
Try your photo editor and reduce the size of the image. that should do it.

Hi Dailin, Or put all settings on your phone for taking pictures on the lowest setting (like pixels), that worked for me before I understood what was said above and my wife helped me with this,…

But Mal does give the best option that will probably help you later,… :blush:

225 KB rings bells from the early days if you have access to windows paint resize till you get below that threshold
