Chord perfect on the app

So I’ve just started the app and I can’t get I tick to say I’ve completed the chord perfect on the practice the D chord. Can anyone help

Hi all, I’ve just started using the app, and everything seems to be going well. I used the built in tuner, and completed everything in Grade 1, Module 1, except the D and A perfect segments. In there, I am playing the correct string/frets, and the indicated strings turn color and advance to the next, until I see 3/3 ‘great job’ and ‘you can redo or go on’ but when I choose to go on, and bounce back to the module layer, the Perfect D doesn’t get its green check ( or the A either ) so I end up w…
