We mustn’t forget the man who influenced a whole generation, McCartney Lennon, Sting, Richards, Knopfler and many other and that was Bert Weedon he used to play in big bands in the 50s but then became a solo artist with hits like guitar boogie shuffle and Apache he also released books on learning guitar most famous was " Bert Weedon’s play in a day " he died back in 2012 aged 91 but was still entertaining into his 80s.
