Community guidelines missing

Hello.

I’m not sure if this is the best section of the community, or should I try to contact one of the mods, anyway - I got the welcome message from @discobot, which contains a link to the guidelines page. Unfortunately the link is broken - it leads to https://community.justinguitar.com/guidelines, which return 404. The link is under civilized community behaviour, see the screenshot below.
