When I click on the community guidelines in badges, it won’t load. Can someone help me??

Do you mean this one?
If yes then [1] you’ve encountered an issue that I have never been asked about previously and [2] you’ve encountered a really obscure issue that I’m unsure how to fix and [3] whether a fix is possible or needed given how hidden the link is, compared to the openly available Community Guidelines that @Silvia80 linked.
I’m scratching my head in puzzlement here. 
There is also a Guidelines Tab under the ‘about’ section which also has a tab for terms of services which takes you to the community guidelines page Silvia linked.
Yes I do mean that one. Whenever I click on it, it just keeps on loading and does nothing. I don’t know if there’s something wrong with my computer. It happens every time I click it no matter if I shut it down or whatever.

Same for me.
I shall do a little research.
The truth is that I simply haven’t ever gone in to Badges and tried to click on links in there ever.

When you click on the badge, (not the link) ,then click on the link, it doesn’t load. You might need to change that link to.
