Curious about headless?

I’ve posted about how much I love my 2 HILS headless guitars but I’m not a good enough player to really do them justice but Dagan is. If you’re on the fence about them, then maybe check his latest video that includes HILS and Strandberg

In among the heavy stuff he plays there are some clean tones, they’re not just for metal!

Hi Matthew,
Yes they play easy and are everyone has his friend who wants or needs a light guitar,

And so glad to read

Fortunately, you can make almost any style of music with almost any guitar… even my accoustasonic can rock/distortion really hard, as I remember from a long time ago :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

Greetings

Funny the things I can remember from 40 years ago. The first headless guitar I ever saw was in this video clip.

I’m a headless fan too - in my case a short scale bass (there’s a lryic for a rap ).

I originally bought it as a travel instrument. It’s shorter than a regular 6 string guitar and fits in a guitar case ( with a bit of modding for the upper horn).

My main use for it though is on a small stage we play. With a regular bass you need to stand at an angle to the stage to keep out of the way of cymbals and singers. With the short scale headless, I can play parallel to the front of stage without worrying about wacking the singer on the back of the head

Thanks for the link. Dagan is always worth listening to.
