Thanks. That is an important point to remember that I ignored (like many I am obsessed with gear and tone) in that nowadays most are listening on tiny speakers even on their phones. Going back to the OP, it’s hard in a band context for the guitar to cut through too.

I agree. Listening on headphones or using any other device makes a lot of difference. Headphones make us aware of the subtle things too.
