Counterfeits show up on my local buy-and-sell all the time. The worst part is that the website admin doesn’t seem interested in removing the ads even after I point out it’s against their own TOS.

I just got an ad for a fake Rickenbacher 12-string taken down after reporting it 3 times, the third time including Rickenbacker in the email.
