Beginning to find the placement of this feature very irritating. Its slap bang over the video stop/start and chapter drop down. Is there a way a user can switch it off or can it be move to a less obtrusive place. Not normally one to moan about features but its a bit of a pita.

For me the chat disappears when I log in.

I looked at my phone and I don’t see it logged in there either,
On my laptop it does appears…it doesn’t really bother me, but if I get an option to click it away permanently, I don’t wait a second 
Maybe I need to log out and in, as I tend to stay logged in ?
Nope still there !
I tried it also right away …

Maybe you need to log in when no one logged in on the otherside of the helpline. Or maybe someone just really wants to talk to you.
That could be possible, but that doesn’t explain why it happened to me 
I’d like to second that please.
I always have to adjust the screen on my laptop to use the stop / start / chapter thing on the videos. And I tried logging out and back in too 
It’s a nice feature but maybe it will be happier on the other side of the page? 
I access the site on my iPad and the ‘chat’ thing is on the bottom left corner of the screen, so pretty much out of the way. When I open up a video in full screen mode the chat box disappears. However I agree there should be a facility to remove it from the screen if you want.
Incidentally, I clicked on the button just to see and got the messsage -

Not sure what use that is to anyone. Surely accessing the Community and searching or asking questions there would be much more useful.
+1 for what Toby said. I am logged in and it is there.
This is a prime example of why this is a pita. Try to read to lines of tab for a section song and CWU obscure what I am trying to look at.
I would add the page is magnified in order to read to tab more clearly but there should still be an option to hide this “feature”

Ditto. It is in an annoying spot. There should be way to decline its presence (politely).
