Andrés, I wanted to add two additional comments.
One, given your background you might be interested in the Spanish language editions of the Belwin Guitar Method 1 and Belwin Rock Shop 1. It was a popular guitar method before YouTube 
Second, I wanted to add extra encouragement to start looking at the lessons for grade 3 and trying to fit some grade 3 practices into your practice schedule. If you look at my introduction in the JG community I was also a beginner for many years. I did the JG beginner classic lessons on and off for several years. I tried to go to grade 4 but was unsuccessful. It was the new Grade 3 lessons that finally gave me the knowledge to make the leap to Grade 4. Like I said above, I worked on Grade 3 for 1 week and then worked on grade 2 consolidation another week and added another week for other methods eventually but kept a record of my journey and finally finished after 2 1/2 years. Grade 3 will give you the tools to make you a better teacher for your own practice and playing.
