Not homemade or a partscaster - it’s a Zenta, made in Japan by Tiesco, late 60s or very early 70s.

Interesting. The photo of the “setup paper” from that Reverb listing has some good info. That switch near the volume pot must be the “tone circuit switch” that bypasses the tone control and engages a low pass filter.
I contacted the dude on reverb, he said it would be almost impossible to find original part. So I’ll just buy a blank pick guard and try to create something similar

There are lots of places that produce pickguards, and quite a few of them will re-create custom ones.
