That makes a lot of sense, Tom. I recall my chiropracter chastising me when she spotted me leaving her office with my work backpack slung over one shoulder. Ever since then I wear it as a backpack and even use the waist band to carry some of the weight on my hips, just like those distant passed days hiking trails.
