Would you have any recommendations for Economy picking materials (books, courses, YT videos, etc.)?
I found a few resources online, but it is difficult to decide which one makes the most sense.

Chris Brooks is an Australian guitarist who has a series of books on picking techniques - including economy picking - among other things.
I spent 14 months going through his 2 books
Alternate Picking Guitar Technique, and
137 Guitar Speed & Coordination Exercises
High quality instruction, and high quality resources.
Chris Brooks is a ‘shredder’, so in one sense, far removed from my preferred genre.
BUT, quality speed shredders like Chris are very technical players; they have to be. And for picking technique and development, this is what you want.
His instruction is top class and has helped me enormously. Highly, highly recommended.
