Failed to start on install, ChromeOS

Hi @MusopiaApps,

I thought I would have a look at the App today to use the free trial period on my Asus ChromeOS but, unfortunately I cannot get it to run. The app starts and gets to the logo but just sits there and eventually after a few mins it closes to the desktop.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

ChromeOS was just update to v 107.5304.110

And my Chromebook is supposed to support Android apps according to the Chromium projects

Unfortunately, the app is not optimised to run on Chromebooks and this is why you are running into glitches.

Please see a list of the app’s minimum requirements below…

Android

The app supports devices with Android OS higher than Android 7.0.

iOS

The lowest requirements for using the iOS App are:

  • iPhone 6S (2015)

  • iPad (5th generation, 2017)

  • iPad mini (4th generation, 2015)

  • iPad Air (2nd generation, 2014)

  • iPad Pro (2015)

  • iOS 12.0 or newer OS

  • The app is not optimized for Google Chromebook, Windows PC or Apple MacBook.
