Why is the D minor completely different than how he teaches it in beginner lessons? Am I missing something? And with the placement of he capo you have obviously have to play lower on the neck than you are originally taught. Sorry, just a bit confused.
Should say I’m playing on an electric too
What do you find different?
Looks the same as he teaches it in the beginner lesson. Justin even explains how you can use either the pinky or the ring finger on the note D on the B string in both lessons.
on the Dm chord lesson he says that he recommends using the 4th finger instead of the 3rd but it can be played either way, the reason he recommends this is so you can build up 4th fingers strength and get used to using it and because for some people it will be hard to get a good note with the 3rd finger
that is no problem
