Hey guys so this is the song I first wrote. The name of the song is Again! I have a few different versions of it and Alykat helped me with one of them. Just wanted to share all the versions and wanted to know which one you guys liked the best, if any at all lol. Thanks guys!!! Kinda done some different things in each one trying to improve it. So would love to hear feedback!!
This is the first time I recorded this, I know i look rough lol. Was a tough time.
This was a couple years later and did it along with piano.

This is mine and Alys version, she helped me put together the lyrics a little better and such.
And one more version… This was recorded a year after the first original. Still didnt have my good recording equipment at the time. Same as the original, I didnt have it!

Of the two I watched by far prefer number 3: the arrangement is slightly more direct and your voice is higher in the mix. The guitar accompaniment on this song has a real hook to it - a bit REM or Bright Eyes ( the group not the song!). I like this song very much.

I could only watch videos 1, 2 and 3. My favourite was the first one - it’s raw and emotional, which fits the song perfectly. The wee lead guitar part in video 3 is also good.
EDIT: now seen 4&5. I think 1 is still my favourite even if it’s not the most polished.
The first one portrayed the most emotion. It must have been a really tough time for you.

I really like the 3rd version. But the fifth version is my fav only because I’m partial to multi-guitar tracks. Takes me back over 50 years to my pro recording days.
