new app user here, started to use the play along songs and strumming, but the volume on the phone is so quiet I can barely hear it, phone volume is turned all the way to max so unsure what to do?
any help would be great.

Hey Carl, I never had those issues while using the app, be it with a tablet or a phone. Always got a reasonnable audio level.
Maybe check your phone settings. Do you have an option to control the media audio output volume separately? My phone offers different setting for phone calls, media, etc.

Yes all volumes are set to max. which is why it’s a bit frustrating. I’ll have another play about with it and see how it goes.

I use a blue tooth speaker connected to my phone.
