Forced to resubscribe?

My subscription auto- renewed on 3/25/25 (been subscribing for a long time). I had not been in the app for awhile (life issues).
Tried just now and my id/pw are not accepted. Keeps wanting me to resubscribe.
Just today saw all the comments on vip/basic or whatever pass, now a bit confused.
What happened to my login?
