i’m going to have a go, i think i just need a usb cable to get my amp - a THR10ii - to the mac.

Justin mentioned recording so you can see what to work on, that’s video right? how do I add video to garageband or garageband audio to video? Idealy with apple Movie since that’s what my laptop has.

Really Nice lessons on Garage Band. I am having a problem with signal levels in garage band when connecting an amp directly to my Mac. There are so many variables in play, it is hard to say where the problem is or isn’t. My Spark 2 has a USB-C output. I plug it directly to my Mac and Garage Band recognizes it as the in and out. I play the guitar and Garage Band will record the music but the waveform is very small, almost unusable. I am not sure if there is a way to increase the signal level at the input to Garage Band or if this is just the spec for USB-C. Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, any solutions?
