Guitar Pro Full and Partial Chords Question

Hi

I am trying to make a Guitar Pro file for Justin’s lesson
HOW TO PICK INDIVIDUAL STRINGS WHILE STRUMMING

I do not know how to make the “up-strum” a partial C chord
0 0
1 1
0 0
2
3

How do I remove the 2 and 3 (E and C notes) from the up-strum?

If/when I completely finish the GP file I will post it on the lesson page discussion.

Thank you
Andrew

Select the notes you don’t want in the tab area (in your screenshot the “2” is selected) and press the DEL key.

Thank you very much

Naturally, it was something easy that I didn’t think of

also, there is an up-pick mark if you want to be more precise. it changes the sound a bit.
just select one of the tabbed numbers on that chord and then click the mark you need.

Hi

Thank you again. Yes, I am familiar with the down/up pick marks and the down/up arrow strums. I may add them as I try to finish the GP file.
Thanks
Andrew
