After hearing George talk about how this song came about, I just wanted to play it.
All comments and constructive criticism always
Nice job, thats a strummer alright.
Good effort Mike, keep knocking them out itāll get you there.
link is broken - will check back later again.
Mike - yes, I also found the story amazing. Had been a Beatles fan at the time (still am) and had to buy the album when it came out and loved how George describes how it happened⦠one of the biggest superbands probably, not as well known as the stars inside alone were. ![]()
The link donāt work for me either.
Sounds like something I want to hear. From the comments it sounds Beatles related. Their my favorite band. And George is was my favorite Beatleā¦
Oh, if you donāt know this one, read about the āTraveling Wilburysā amazing story!
I donāt since I canāt open the link.
I am aware the the all star band the Traveling Wilburys though. Everyone that was original cool was in that band.
Hope the link gets fixed so I can be hip. Other than that, Iāll have to google.
Yes, if you donāt remember the songs, search for song videos on them - once I start, I can hardly stop watching them, for example hereā¦

My apologies, I messed up, track should be back.
Sorry, My apologies, I messed up, track should be back.
Itās back up and running.
Thanks for fixing it.
Glad ya did.
Ya did a fine job on that song imho.
Anytime āIā do a song that others can recognize I think Iāve won. Your version was recognizeable⦠![]()
imho, what your doing is hard to do. Itās hard to do a stand alone version of any song thatās done by a ābandā by yourself.
Your version had the feel of this song so it comes off well I thought.
If I had any suggestion itād be to make the words more pronounced. They seemed a bit⦠muddled to me. Muddled meaning I couldnāt understand some of the words. fwiw, take that comment with a grain of salt. I canāt sing the words proper to any song even if I have the music (words) right in front of me. I just find it hard to do.
Your guitar sounded great I thought. It had the right feel to it and I thought ya did good covering what multiple guitars are doing.
Thanks for the share.
Thanks so much. @HappyCat. I appreciate the feedback. I noticed the same with the lyrics.
Thanks for the kind words.
Frankly Iām not happy with this one. The lyrics were more of a challenge than I thought.
Seems you never know when trying a new song just how easy/difficult it may be.
Very nice! I agree, cool story.
