Thanks! I knew that I wanted an alligator for a resonator before I decided on a design for the guitar itself.
Snappy looking inlay!
Thanks Richard!
I installed the bolt and barrel nut that is used to attach the neck to the body, thinned the headstock, and glued the fretboard to the neck.
I learn a lot from your videos, thanks!
Another amazing build! I only took a peek into your videos yet! The one with your wife and the diamond ring at the start which is a really nice idea!
Thereās so much interesting things to see! Iād simply love to be beamed up there and pay you a visit, haha! - thank you so much for sharing this! Iāll watch them all soon!
That is nice to hear Lieven, thanks!
Thank you Dominique! We do enjoy finding opportunities to have Jen do cameoās as the Long Suffering Wife. We even had a couple of our friends participate in one as part of the āStudio Audienceā.
I am getting close! In this video I create the headstock cover by shaping and binding it. After gluing it on to the headstock I add my logo and drill the tuner holes.

Another fascinating exposition of the work involved. Frustrating and rewarding: you could always say the K is for Klueless!

Wow, amazing!
Buying a new guitar is a nice and exciting adventure, but building your own one from scratch - thatās a completely different level.
Iām very impressed and like this thread a lot.
You really have awesome skills and craftsmanship
Thanks for sharing your progress
Thanks Brina, you can add terrifying to the list as well. There are several tasks (anything involving a router, especially near the end increases my pucker factor.
Thanks Gunhild, Iām glad that you have enjoyed the process.
