Hello, it’s been a couple of years back when i discovered justin guitar, at least 6 years. Then I bought a view books and DVD’s from him. Because of work, family etc i stopped playing.
Early this year i restarted my guitar journey. I am very excited about justin’s new Song’s app. It gives me a great boost. So i bought a new guitar (squier 40th anniversary strat) and a Boss Katana MK2. Now i can make some real noise.
By the way, i am 57 years old and started fiddling with a guitar in my twenties.

I bet you will make some NICE noise with that Katana MK2. I was thinking about it too, but I started my journey with acoustic, so I will buy Acoustatonic 15 for now and I will see in future if Katana MK2 will be good for me or not, because its more likely for electric guitar.

Hello Jerphaas, welcome to the community. Welcome back to guitar. I bought the books and DVDs in the classic course. The song app makes playing the songs more fun. I like to learn the songs from the website song lesson videos. Have fun with your new guitar and amp.

I’m in my 50s as well, and also I have been in the Netherlands just last year, visiting friends in Rijswijk, and Rotterdam.
