Got a new ipad and I cannot sign in. Since I could not sign in I could not use the site to send a msg. Help plz.

Hi Patrick, I’m assuming you do NOT mean the Justin Guitar app. For the website, the easiest thing for you to try is resetting your password. Go to www.justinguitar.com and click Log In in the upper right corner. On the Log In screen, click Forgot Password. Follow the prompts. If you have purchased any web content (tabs, strumming, music theory), it will be accessible when you log in.
If you ARE referring to the Musopia app, you should also be able to reset your password. I don’t have the app, so I can’t provide direct guidance.
Thanks Judi but the problem is with Musopia. Can’t sign in so I can’t ask the powers that be. Kinda of frustrating just because of a new ipad.

If you are simply switching from one ipad to another you shouldn’t have a problem getting that sorted.
