Never thought about it until now, but apparently I naturally use my thumb and first finger like a pincer on the E and A strings for finger style chunka chunka rhythm (and for any other parts on adjacent strings)
Not sure if this is a bad habit, but as I’ve always done it, having such a separation between thumb and first finger feels very unnatural.

For the Blimmer friends, the 3 turnarounds at 2:45 in the video are small variations of the medleys transposed from the key of A to the key of E. In order, unit 1, unit 3 and unit 2. Sounds great on the acoustic too. 
The unit 3 one is played on strings 4 and 3 instead of strings 3 and 1.

Ahah I wish, Ashu! But I haven’t had time yet to really invest in the course. 
I did complete the first three lessons last year when Justin released the free module, so I’m just starting the new song now.
What’s amazing is that everything makes so much more sense than it did last year — a full year of Blues Immersion definitely helps!
