How are my bends? (paramore: decode solo)

When I practice my bends slowly, I always compare them to the note I’m bending it to and most of the time it’s in tune. But sometimes it gets a bit tricky when I’m playing along to a song. So I was just wondering if this sounds good to you guys?

Also note that these are half step bends cause the tabs looked something like this:

Hey Brent,

All those semitone bends sounded pretty much identical to me, so all good.

Cheers, Shane.

I agree with the rest of the comments, sounds pretty good and consistent. Timing too, good job.

Pitch sounded very accurate and correct to me. Good job! One of the most important aspects of soloing (IMO).
Next I would recommend you do the same kind of focused effort, but this time working on your timing and feel on the bends (you can play around with bend speed, vibrato and even where you pick the strings for an almost endless amount of different expressions). There was nothing wrong with the way you’re playing them now as such, but that’s still where I think there is the most room for improvement in your phrasing
