How do I activate a code for the App?

Hi, can anyone help? I bought an unlimited Justin Guitar app Gift for myself, but am unable to figure out how to activate it. I am a member of the website course from some years ago and have now reactivated I want to learn guitar again, learned when I was a kid at 10. Had a chainsaw accident at 21 and could not play anything, but over the last 45 years, the healing has advanced to the point I can use it to play again, though awkwardly. Though I am now back to learning piano and guitar again. I bout this Gift card a nd i have a code. I have an iPhone and a computer android not a Mac. I am using a Gmail account, not an iPhone, to access Justin, but I can’t see where or how to enter the code to access the app. Can someone help?

The website and the app are separate from each other. You say, you have an iPhone, which is great since you will need your phone to access the app. Have you downloaded the app to your iPhone and have you tried using the gift card code once you are logged in to the app on your phone?

There seems to be no drop down menu where the app would suggest a window to upload and activate your code you are given once you have paid the $299.00 - Now $239 with the discount, for the unlimited Justin Guitar App Gift Card. Is there someone out there that can help me get this working or do I need to go to Fair Trading and put in a complaint. I hope not!

Thank you that last email helped resolve the problem I think now that I have been able to redeem the voucher that all will be ok. Thank you.
