How do I configure a Marshall MG30CFX amp to use with power chords?

There is a lot of buttons and switches on this amp and I have not got a clue what I am doing.

Could anyone help me with a rough idea on the settings to use while on the power chords beginner lesson please?

This is the manual but it has not really helped my understanding that much

Hi Adam.
Crunch channel.
A bit of OD (overdrive).
A touch of Studio reverb.
No chorus / no flanger / no phaser / no delay.
Adjust volumes to suit.
