How to get support for the Lessons & Songs App!

Here’s an update on the BEST way to get help with the app!

Simply open the app and tap Help & Support then “Send Feedback.” This automatically includes your account and subscription details, which helps the Musopia team fix issues faster.

Please allow a few days for the app team to get back to you. Thanks for your patience!

If your issue is urgent and you’re unable to use Send Feedback in the app, please email justin.feedback@musopia.net and include:

• The email address linked to your account
• How your subscription was purchased (App Store, Google Play, or justinguitarapp.com)
• A copy or screenshot of your receipt
