How To Hold Your Guitar

You’ll find doing very simple exercises will also help with your mental state making you wanting to be less sedentary. Which in turn make you want to do more which will help with your mental state. But like playing guitar you need to try and do those simple exercises everyday. And like practicing guitar, over time you will get better both at guitar and mentally. Playing guitar is also good for your mental state. In a year(if you stick with both) you’ll be a new person.

Currently I’m having a hard time with the course, you see, I have a severe case of OCD and looks like I have ADHD as well. So reading is a challenge for me, like the text of the lessons and watching the videos, I keep going back again and again and again. That’s tiring. My OCD is worse now but I won’t give up :flexed_biceps:
