This lesson says that the following lessons will go into detail on each of the modes, but I don’t see a lesson for the Locrian Mode. Can it be found elsewhere on the site?

You’re right, there is no Locrian lesson. But then again, you would be extremely hard pressed to find any music anywhere that is composed using the Locrian mode. It is a very peculiar mode whose tonic chord is a diminished chord so is inherently unstable and ‘weird’ sounding. Believe me when I say that you are not missing out on much at all from the fact Justin does not have a lesson on it.
