I updated my IPad at the weekend to OS 18.0 and the three apps are now not working properly with various issue such as, unable to get settings and buttons not working, or blanked out.
Hi Michael, you may have tried this already but in case not:
App Crashes or Glitches: If certain apps are crashing or behaving strangely after the update, try force-closing the app and restarting it. If that doesn’t work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. In some cases, you might need to wait for an app update from the developer to address compatibility issues with iPadOS 18. Source
Hi there! Unfortunately, those apps aren’t compatible with newer devices. We do want to re-release them at some point, but we haven’t promised any dates yet. Sorry about that!

Can I just point out that it is not a new device just an updated operating system.
Don’t expect I will be the only person in the same boat, hopefully it will get sorted soon.
Michael
They usually do but it takes time for the gremlins to be worked out.
There are developer beta releases of these OS’s but often the tools you use are also in a beta state and you can do some work on it but its somewhat suck it and see or wait for a full release of something.
Similarly on Android, I have an old phone which did not do any system update since a while and the ear training app suddenly stopped working. It crashes everytime I open it. On the other hand, the note trainer and metronome app still work though.
I have just checked the operability of the “Justin Guitar” app on my iPad Air running OS18.0 and I have found that there are no songs appearing in the app at all, it’s a totally blank screen.
the “Tuner”, “Learn” and “Practice” sections however do provide some features.
As the songs are the main features I hope this re-appears otherwise the app is no use to me.
Hi Don, as Laryne mentioned above, the Justin Guitar app is powered by Musopia. I notice a new version was released yesterday…have you updated? If that doesn’t work, you can email Musopia directly at Justin.feedback@musopia.apps. (I had mistakenly thought Musopia created all the JG apps, but it’s just the Lessons and Songs app! )
