Jeff’s new guitar Taylor

Finally I got a new American made Taylor acoustic. My friend and co-performer said it’s time to have a professional guitar if you’re performing on stage. These are made 10 minutes from my house yet I bought it off a guitar shop in Memphis Tennessee so I named it Memphis. This Thursday she’s coming on stage with me to play.

Here’s a sample of the sound.

Jeff

That sounded really good: playing with steady rhythm and good dynamics. The guitar looks and sounds great. This is your best performance that I’ve seen during my time on the site.

Brian

That is sweet man! Happy NGD!

Looks very nice Jeff, congrats mate. What model is it? I’m sure you’ll be hanging out to get it out on stage :+1::+1:

Happy NGD Jeff.

Yeah - you’re performing live, you have a ‘performers’ instrument.
Good for you.

Happy NGD Jeff!

Happy NG day! Enjoy the gig :+1::+1:

Hi Gordon,

Thanks so much for stopping by to have a look. It’s a little more than I can afford, bit I absolutely love the sound.

Wow Brian.

I appreciate that you liked the guitar and video. I’m really trying to put lots of effort into practicing before putting out videos anymore. I liked doing that song as an acoustic version. Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks very much. I’m still very excited to upgrade my instrument.

This is a Taylor 414CE American version. My friend has one and suggested I save up for the American model My friend Ciaran, who is originally from Ireland, has been really supportive of me. He let me use his Taylor on stage a few weeks back when my Martin electronics malfunctioned and I loved the sound.

Thanks Boris.

Thanks Roger. It’s been a long time since I’ve upgraded my instrument and I couldn’t be happier.

Thanks Helen. I feel it will help me make some progress quicker now that I have something nice.

Thanks Richard. I got a really good deal on this one from a guitar store in Tennessee which is ironic because those are built close to my neighborhood.yet Memphis is a famous music city here in the USA so I thought those people know their music too. The cost was three times as much as last guitar, but my friend said one great guitar is better than 3 average ones do sell the starter guitars and invest in a professional guitar.

Thanks Mark. I appreciate you having a look.
