Is the app available to download to my Laptop?
Officially no but there are ways to do it depending on what type of mobile device you are using etc. If you have Android device easiest would be to use Link to Windows app on Windows which allows you to mirror your phone’s screen onto your laptop and control it as well. Food for thought maybe?

I’ve managed to get the app working in windows using something called “Bluestacks” so look into that. It’s 100% legit because I’ve paid for the app and it all works no problem.
