I subscribed to the JustinGuitar Song App (Apple version) on a monthly basis recently at a cost of $9.99 per month. I canceled the subscription because I decided to switch to the annual plan. I looked on the Apple app store and the cost was showing as $64.99. However, when I go to renew my subscription, it is $89.99. What is the correct cost?

Hi there, I think it’s £64 which probably equates to about $89.

The Google Play “About this app” description includes this statement:

Your Google Play account will be charged a renewal price equal to that of the original subscription within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Thanks for the reply. What I am trying to determine is the correct price. Perhaps the Apple App Store description needs to be corrected. The app store shows $64.99 in the description, as I showed in my screen snit from the store. But, the actual app when I go to renew shows $89.99.

I used to have the monthly subscription and when I went into Settings->ICloud->Subscriptions, I was able to choose pay the 64.99 for annual subscription. I’m in the US.

Weird. I’m in Houston. My app shows $9.99 monthly and $89.99 annually. Not sure why my offer is $25 a year higher. Maybe it is lower at the beginning and then goes up. And since I canceled mine to shift to the annual plan, I messed up.

We raised the price on the subscriptions since we made the major update, added a lot of new content and implemented new features in the app.
The app store lists all of the subscription/products we sold in history but we can’t remove them.

If you started the subscription with a lower price a while ago when we were selling the old product but haven’t cancelled it, you were entitled to continue with the same price.
Sadly if you’ve cancelled your subscription and join again, you have to start with the new price :frowning:

You can also take advantage of the sales campaign if you see any pop-up in the app :slight_smile:

What’s the difference between full access and premium subscriptions? I have both listed in my iOS subscriptions options. Both show yearly, and I’m set to renew the full access. Are they both the same or does full access include anything additional?
