Justins app - unusual problem - I paid but it isn't showing and I can't access features

Here are 3 pictures. Ist my payment to musopia. Second it asking me to pay again, third it saying, nevermind premium account found, and when I try to click the video I want, I get tossed back to the pay page. Can anyone help?

I already canceled it. I had it all year and didnt use it despite paying. I hope Iā€™m still welcome here. I waited when the app messed up but decided to discontinue paying while waiting. Already paid for this month. Thanks. Everybody has been great. I may resubscribe later.
