Hello everyone im just starting, rather restarting guitar,i started with the free web course,than installed the app,and i might be wrong,but it seems like ,at least the beginner courses are not the same,or are they? Just bit confused and wanted to know which ones should i follow, in case tjere is a difference.

Are you following the Graded lessons on the website or the old Beginner Course that was presented in Stages ie 1 to 9. The app reflects Grades 1 2 and 3 on the website and though I am not a user, I believe accurately reflect the current website learning system ie Grades.

They’re mostly the same.
You get text and discussion from the Web, and it has mostly the same video.
The discussion group and transcription (plus extra notes) you don’t get on the app, so that part is richer.
With the APP you get songs that you can play along with, slow down (while it maintains the pitch), that include lyrics, the TABs, backing instruments, and most often vocals as well.
For me, the songs are well worth the subscription cost.

Thank you very much ,i took the step and upgraded.I have to say ,ive been humbled by the 1 and 2 module,i.thought my open chord playing is good! Not true,after practicing G A and E i see how slow im switching between them! Im grateful i discovered Justin’s!
