So Oasis announced they are getting back together, and there have been tons of rumors in last few months about Linkin Park reuniting again with new lead vocalist to take over from beloved Chester. It is a heavy duty torch to pick up, but let’s play a little game shall we… :carpentry_saw:

Assuming it is a reunion, who would you see as a lead vocalist? Someone who is still alive and likely to join. They teased a female vox, so boy can dream and I’ll go with Lizzy Hale from Halestorm. For those don’t know:

That would be incredible! I watched videos of her performing with Skid Row, and she nailed it like always. One of the greatest rock singers of all time, in my opinion.

And this is precisely how divisive a Linkin Park reunion would be. You could bring in the greatest singer in the world and the internet would still kick off. Obviously attendance is optional!

There wasnt one who was able to satisfy all :grinning: I do think there are some interesting choices they could make for a tour or two. Lambert for Queen wasn’t my can of worms, but who knows what those guys could come up with?

They were sort of first big one to hit the ground running with metal/hip hop/electronic vibe, maybe they will also try to be first to use AI to recreate Chester on big screen? Who knows!

Btw clock started counting up now and no announcement was made, except cryptic post on social media accounts saying It’s only matter of time.

Clock also randomly broke at 00:09:05, so obviosuly speculation is 5th September could be another announcement. Let’s see in a week!

Now that would be interesting to see, Adi but for me it still wouldn’t be the same. Future albums though? It’s one I cannot make my mind up about.
