A suggestion, why not download ‘Live for This’ as an MP3 and put it into Audacity software (free on Windows or Make) and then slow it down and loop parts to practice and gradually increase the speed, you may find it easier to play along with the band as a backing track.

I’ve got songster which you can slow down the track on that. I rarely use a metronome so this was just me getting practice with one.
